Discount Rehab Supplies (DRS) Shipping Information

DRS ships most orders for in-stock merchandise on the next business day. Drop ship orders could require up to six business days to ship and are subject to supplier availability.

We ship exclusively UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and, accordingly, require a proper street address. We cannot ship to a PO Box. Orders shipped outside the contiguous U.S. (48 states) require special shipping arrangements – email or call customer service for shipping options. DiscountRehabSupplies.com reserves the right to select an alternate shipping method based on customer needs, cost and delivery schedules.

Our shipping rates are based on actual shipping costs plus an internal handling fee.

Large or heavy items are shipped by truck freight carrier. Accordingly, we ask you to supply a little extra information at the order point so that we can obtain an accurate shipping cost quote. We will email the shipping quote to you for approval within one to two business days from receiving your order.

Someone must be available to accept any packages shipped “signature required”.
