Returns and Exchanges
We are very happy to accept your return should any of our products not meet your expectations. It is extremely important that we understand your disappointment so that we may improve our products and services in the future. Accordingly, we require that you fill out our RA Request Form within 30 days of receiving our product. We will then send you an email with return instructions and a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. If you return a product without a valid RA number, it will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Please know that we will issue a full refund and a UPS Call Tag in the event that the delivered product was shipped in error, damaged prior to delivery or non-functional. All other returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee, will not have initial shipping & handling refunded and will require that the customer pay the return shipping expense. We will not accept any "putty" returns.
All return packages must have their valid "RA# ___" prominently displayed on the exterior of the return package. Additionally, all returns must include their original packaging and be packaged sufficiently to ensure a safe return. Refunds will be issued upon the return and inspection of the merchandise.
